Trials by Mr. Fleming at prior firms:

• Employment - Successful appeal and argument before the Supreme Court of the United States in Fair Labor Standards Act case involving overtime issues.  This case involved a class action against the Harris County Sheriff's Department and potentially could have cost the taxpayers over $20,000,000.00.  The plaintiff's case was argued by union lawyers and the Solicitor General's office of the Bill Clinton Administration.  Michael P. Fleming argued the case before the Supreme Court on behalf of the defendant.  The Supreme Court of the United States deceded the case of Christiansen et al. v. Harris County et al. in favor of Mr. Fleming's client.
• Employment - Federal Court jury verdict in favor of law enforcement officials accused of sexual harassment.
• Employment - Successful representation of law enforcement agency during investigation by United States Department of Justice investigating claims of sexual harassment by government officials.
